Christian Logan is the current commander of the SCSG Search and Rescue Battalion (SARCOM). Christian is a graduate of Columbia Southern University, having majored in Fire and Emergency Services Administration. Christian joined the fire service in 1996 and has worked in all levels of government in the fire/rescue/EMS fields, becoming a technical rescue specialist, nationally registered EMT, and Hazardous Materials Technician. Christian has also attained instructor certificates from the International Fire Service Accreditation Congress (IFSAC), the American Safety and Health Institute (ASHI), and the National Association of Search and Rescue (NASAR).
